da tutta la vita raccoglie oggetti, espressione della citt\u00e0 e dello sviluppo urbano. La sua collezione ospita un numero imprecisato di pezzi, conservati nella sua casa milanese ed in un magazzino. Lo stesso Rota non sa effettivamente\r\n                      quanti siano, ma stima sopra i centomila. Pi\u00f9 che una collezione \u00e8 un accumulo fatto di libri, oggetti di natura popolare e rarissime opere d\u2019arte.
